I make a conscious effort to consume iron, especially before and after my period. I bought these gummy candies thinking they might also serve as a snack. The pieces were a little stuck together, making them slightly difficult to eat, but they tasted good.

When you put it in your mouth, the grape flavor spreads and it's definitely delicious! But, after you finish eating and swallow, there's a faint metallic? Or maybe slightly fishy? taste. I didn't mind it at all and thought it was normally delicious, but apparently my wife didn't like that faint fishy smell and stopped eating it lol It's so delicious though (>_<)
