This coffee is legit! It makes me moves more and sweat more. I usually do a slow paced 30min work out everyday but after taking my coffee it gives me twice or thrice the energy — I was faster and more intense during my workouts.
I only take it if I know that I will be working out amd only in the morning on an empty stomach then I will feel the effect after 15mins.
Taste is not to sweet but it is an instant coffee. So if tou fancy black coffee then this is not for you.
