Good balance of enzymes and good amount of capsules per bottle. You can take them on each day basis easily with making no brakes, because they are plant based.

Got this based on reviews and initially it caused mild stomach upset but i stuck with it and now i take 1-3 capsules daily before or after meals and it helps with my lactose intolerance

I find these enzymes to work very well. The company is a high quality company . It has been around for many years. The only possible drawback is that they need to be refrigerated to maintain potency.

I compared what it would be if I purchased the enzymes and the probiotics separately. THIS is a better buy AND the enzymes are of a vegetarian source. I would love to buy this again. I only hope that IHerb will continue to stock this item.
