Been taking this for decades. GREAT product. One of the only enzyme formulations I can tolerate with my sensitive system. Many formulas these days include plant based aspergillus grown enzymes--almost all do if they use plant enzymes--which is a fungus and many of us do NOT want those in our system. This has great components and I am so glad to use it with most meals.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with the results so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s made with clean ingredients and doesn’t upset my stomach. I’ve noticed a slight boost in my overall energy and well-being. Definitely a good addition to my daily routine. Seems to help to reduce indigestion. Tablets are easy to swallow and mild in flavor. I try to take one before every meal. About 5 minutes before seems to help the most. I've been having difficulty with gut health for years and am trying / have tried a lot of different things. This certainly does not make a night and day difference, but seems to help.

I tried other digestive enzymes that are rated higher or even cheaper. But somehow this is the only thing that doesn't give me any stomach upset. I usually take this on days of reflux flare-ups instead of relying too much on Omeprazole which is bad for long term use. This calms my acid and at the same time provide probiotics as well as aid in digestion. Then I'd stop when it goes back to normal.
