I suffer from a wide range of medical conditions which leave me more susceptible to infections of all kinds. I have noticed a massive improvement in my health since starting this supplement. I will continue using this product to help combat my exposure to germs especially those picked up in doctors offices and hospitals both of which I visit frequently.

This is easy to swallow and seems to help strengthen the immune system. I did get sick while I was taking it but I got better pretty quickly. I take one a day, it could be 2 would help more.
