Definitely has helped my allergies and asthma...but need to give it a few days to start working and need to take it very regularly several times a day.

I have not noticed any benefits yet, but also no side effects and do think I'll continue to take it until I finish the bottle and see if I notice any improvement with my allergy symptoms

Quality ingredients, normal size capsule, dosage can be adjusted as needed, benefits almost immediately felt, worth buying on repeat if needed, especially if antihistamines no longer work for you. no bad aftertaste, though best taken with food. Pee's yellow colour is normal.

I gave to my son only for 2 days, i can see an improvement already. He was less stuffy in the morning and during the day too.

Build gradually up by taking early in season or take max dose over few days then reduce for maintenance. When built up in your system, its benefit is stronger than just antihistamines, in my experience as conventional antihistamines’ effect goes down after prolonged use, i.e. a year or two. Can be taken along conventional antihistamines too, if needed. Size is economical, max dosage can even be doubled for max 3 days if hay fever allergy severe,like non-stop sneezing, on advice of a professional only! Top quality ingredients, though amount and type of Vit C in it could be improved to include a gentler version; especially if you need highest dosage, you might want to also take a probiotic at the same time. Tastes ok, don’t be surprised by very yellow urine, totally normal.
