10/10 would repurchase if the best by date is longer. This vitamin c is an antioxidant blend with bioflavonoids that encourage absorption and uptake in the body so you don't end up with an expensive pee. big size of pills but decently easy to swallow, at least for me. higher quality vitamin c ingredients than a lot of others out there. good potency but not too acidic on my stomach. I usually use the powdered California Gold ascorbic acid and mix it with baking soda, but these served me well while traveling and beyond
