i bought it for stomach gas relief, charcoal should absorb the gases
As I am going to do the worming detox I'm being advised to take charcoal tablet together to bind the toxins in order to get benefit from it.Still didn't use it so I can't tell much about effectiveness but ingredients seem good quality and the size is well and the dosage seems good.
