research shows probiotics can affect many aspects of our body and mind , not just gut health. i personally like to experiment with probiotics because some of them affect me noticably. it is good to try if you have ibs/anxiety as an afjacent to an overall wellness approach. obviously it wont aolve all your problems, but migbt give a small boost.
My favourite supplement! I work a lot and my cortisol levels were ip the roof but I feel more resilient emotionally after taking this one. I recommend it.
I bought these to help with stress and my gut and microbiome they have a great absorption rate as I felt my digestion was better almost immediately it took a little longer to see any change in my stress levels but I do feel it was helpful it’s a good size and has great quality ingredients!
This didn’t knock me out like L-theanine but gave a relaxed vibe. Felt calmer across the day, especially under pressure. No GI issues. Probably best taken at night. Would I buy again? Yes. I cycle it for gut–brain axis benefits.
