This product was recommended to me by an integrative gastroenterologist. I planned to take it to help restore my stomach lining. The taste seemed neutral to me. The powder doesn’t dissolve very well in water, but I was able to manage. However, in my case I’ve decided to pause this supplement for now because it contains ginger, and my stomach lining is still too sensitive-taking it causes bloating. I hope to resume it later after improving my gut lining with other supplements.

I helped my son with IBS, calmed down his stomach and helped him in stressful situations at school, as he didn't have to go to the toilet every time he was stressed.

I’ve purchased this product several times, and while it does help with intestinal lining support, it’s not very convenient to use. The powder doesn’t dissolve well, it leaves clumps and residue. Despite that, I can feel good effect and benefits, so it works.

From the ingredients, it seems good for me, I can’t yet tell exactly what it’s doing. But I must say that the powder is impossible to mix in with water, or anything without using my little electric whisk, and even then it attaches itself to the sides of the glass and it’s quite difficult to manage. Thus the three stars.
