The dietician recommended MCT Oil. Along with other supplements my mother's acid reflux and constipation issues are gone. She feels more energetic now. Since it is also added to the food that my helper cooked. The whole family benefited.. personally I experience regular bowel moment.

This manufacturer sells a lot of very good quality products when it comes to MTC oil. The ingredients in this oil are also made from very good materials. The smell is almost imperceptible and the taste is almost tasteless, so it goes well with all kinds of drinks and food. I use it in my Maasa coffee. It has a positive effect on my body and my metabolism is getting better as I am able to sweat more easily even with light exercise. This is a good benefit for me.　One disappointment is that after pouring, a little oil leaks from the spout. I have to wipe the bottle every time.

Quality is very good. No added undesirable ingredients. Tastes good. Mct oil is good for brain energy and keto diet. I personally prefer c8 over other oils.

I have been using MCT oil for many years and really enjoy this product. It has no taste and needs to be mix well into smoothies and coffee, otherwise the oil will sit on the surface. Other brands have at times given me stomach discomfort but this product hasn’t. A teaspoon or 2 is all you need. I really like it for fasting.
