I’ve been using this for years and it really helps with PMS and menstrual pain. I take two a day and find that to work well for not only those two things but regulating my entire cycle.

I thought this product was discontinued! Can’t say how thrilled I was when I found this again. Subtle but clear change during pms and periods. Easier pms and less cramps. I got big help that no other stuff provided. Price and two capsules are a bit hard part though.
