Q-Absorb®, 100 mg, 120 Softgels

Not all CoQ10 products work for me. Many brands do not produce any effect. The reduced form Ubiquinol actually makes me sleepy. Maybe I'm exhausted and that's a necessary outcome. For energy and performance wise, I run and swim and can definitely tell the difference when taking this. I normally take this with a meal, and with fish oil and lecithin supplement. I've been taking this for over 10yrs.

This supplement contains Kaneka Q10, it's like the gold standard for ubiquinone (Q10). Although some people say that the active form Ubiquinol is better absorbed, I don't think that's been clearly demonstrated. I've been using this form and I'm very happy with it.

There seems to be a more noticeable effect in energy when taken and the Jarrow customer team is responsive to questions. However, please be careful to not crack it open in your mouth because the taste will be incredibly nauseating. It must be swallowed whole.

Jarrow Formulas is a reputable brand. I prefer ubiquinone than ubiquinol as I prefer to let my body to covert it. Kaneka is the premium standard of CoQ10 but it's a lot more expensive than normal CoQ10.

Good supplement for joints and heart. Easy to take. No bad taste. I feel my energy is better. The bottles are good quality. I plan to keep buying it.
