I have been taking this product for over a year now and I’ve been able to discontinue the thyroid prescription I had previously been taking. Of course it is always best to talk with a medical professional before discontinuing medication.
I was recommended this by my endocrinologist. Great quality, no side effects or symptoms. I have noticed improvement in my overall health since starting the supplement. Next time I will order a higher dose to help with iodine deficiency.

Very good supplements to take for daily life. Has 3 forms of iodine
I like that this has the 3 different kinds of iodine. I read a book that states your body uses 12.5 mg of iodine daily. I’m starting slowly at 3mg in case I experience detoxing symptoms from it. I don’t know yet how well it’s working. So far my base temperature hasn’t risen yet. I’m still in the 97 degree range. But I’m only up to 9mg so far. I may need quite a bit more than 12.5mg to reach a normal temp.
Great size and ingredient. Is an essential minerals for our thyroid health. No after taste. I had been taking this brand with different strength, for detox and maintenance. Good quality but it’s pricey.
I had bought Lugal's thinking that was fine. Then I heard a podcast with nutritionist Judy Cho and Patricia Bowden-Luccardi, a long-time integrative health practitioner specializing in breast health. She explained that all 3 iodines are needed. I've since bought Swanson's as it's cheaper
