Acid Rescue™, Calcium Carbonate, Berry, 60 Chewable Tablets

This is calcium carbonate with tonnes of sweetener. It contains maltodextrin as well. Could be much better, but everything else is much worse based on their ingredients lists on the site. I am satisfied the way it helps to soothe the stomach when it's burning, but I hate the xylitol, stevia, and maltodextrin in it (because of the oxalates in the first two sweeteners). Still better than sorbitol et al. When one needs it, then needs it. Gaviscon has aspartame, so I rather take this one. Recently ordered the 220 tablets box, honestly just looking at how huge the bottle is, is like I see a huge kidney stone is in my future if I can't solve my stomach issues in the very close future 😄

I'm glad there is a calcium carbonate alternative that is sugar free. That is not easy to find, especially without additives and dyes. The only issue is how pricey this is compared to Tums. It should cost more since it's natural and specialised but the price difference is a lot. I will probably get it again because I want to avoid dyes, talc, and processed sugar, but on a budget I would probably use it less often. Helps with heartburn, especially when used along with Land Art or other edible aloe vera juice.

I have been using these for years. They are very helpful and have a nice flavor that doesn't taste like chalk. I also appreciate the cleaner ingredients as compared to other major brands.

Best brand of antacid. Work well. The berry flavor is surprising the first time but tastes good. I like the mint flavor too.

Honestly, all calcium carbonate chewables are 99% the same...so find the one you like the taste of best and with the least offensive filler ingredients (sugar vs sugar alcohols depending on your preference). This does the job

I discovered this product when I was looking for an antacid whose ingredients didn't include as much sugar and other fillers as most of the ones on the market. It's a high quality product that provides the benefits that I need and it tastes great.

Quality product! I’ve only used Tim’s and Rolaids up until now. This product similarly gets rid of heartburn symptoms quickly. I like the taste and the fact that it’s sugar free so you can take it in the middle of the night without worrying about the sugar rotting your teeth. Reasonable price and size.

I thought that I would like the mint version of these more but actually the berry was better for me. Admittedly it has a little too strong of an artificial berry flavor but not bad once you get used to it. It helped tremendously with my acid reflux during pregnancy.
