my brother has autism, i am using it to help him curb his sugar and carbs cravings as hw has anger issues and will go hyperactive after indulging in tibits. He suffers from slight low blood sugar too, it helps him to control his weight. I give it to him 1-2 daily 10-15 drops. He is more calm now. jus remember to replenish the electrolyes in the body.
Tbh it taste bad ! I mixed it with natural juice to avoid the bitter taste of it . the good thing that the flavor goes really quick . I prefer to take it about half hour before any big meal to reduce appetite and reduce the carbs influx in blood after eating . I saw results after 2 uses . With any supplement u need consistency to see and feel results. Although pills will not taste as bad as it liquid but i prerfer liquid over pills . More absorbable. Highly highly recommend if u have insulin resistance

I like this gymnema. Bought it for the second time. The taste might be specific and bitter but I like it. Helps to eat less and the sweets start to taste too much which is what I need. Recommend for insulin resistance problems
