I am not really a fan of this brand. But I tried because I have faith on cranberry’s potency. Sure enough I had a great response. It has no major preservative and no need to keep in refrigerator. I believe we r all different and the only way to know if something is good FOR U, is trying. If there is a supplement that u feel attracted to, read the label and ingredients and if does still appeal, give a shot. Read reviews, research ingredients you don’t recognize. Don’t put anything inside your body. No added colors, no food modified starches can be good for anyone. This is just good sense. Find a brand you trust. Be well!
