So lovely.....I'm happy I ordered this one and it tastes great...smells great too. Wonderful with salads and pasta! I used this basil oil along with Eden's French Celtic sea salt, black pepper, and Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Zest & S.T. truffle salt & Bragg's Nutritional Yeast, and 365 aged balsamic vinegar of Modena...and garlic--really lovely!

Having always enjoyed La Tourangelle's quality, thought I should try one of their flavored oils. Wow I am sad I didn't try this sooner, as I never seem to have fresh basil on hand and yet cook a lot of Italian dishes. As a finishing oil, brings that freshness and aromatic quality that you get from good basil, but without having to grow it yourself! I'll use this a lot.
