I didn’t expect the first activating batch to be working, but it did. It set at about 9 hours. Though a bit thin, it has become very nice and creamy Greek yogurt after straining. The second batch sets in about 6 hours (photo). It is definitely worth the money!

I bought this culture/starter to use as an ordinary yoghurt. The first time it was mild tasting, the second batch was a lot more tangy with a true yoghurt taste. I use full fat organic milk, I bring it to boil and simmer for 4 minutes before cooling to lukewarm, no thermometer needed. This is the way those from India make their yoghurt and it creates a thicker full bodied yoghurt, without the need for additional milk powder. I left it for the required 12 hours in my yoghurt maker. I have made it for many repeat times, keeping aside a portion to make the next batch. I highly recommend this starter.
I’ve been using the “Cultures for Health, Greek Yogurt, Starter Culture” for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Each packet comes with clear instructions, making the yogurt-making process straightforward even for beginners. The cultures dissolve well and consistently produce thick, creamy yogurt with that classic tangy Greek yogurt flavor.
the quality and taste is good tastes like Greek yogurt i recommend it for those who's diet includes high protein food but they don't want to spend a lot of money every single time. I think eating this is better than a regular protein bar as it's beneficial economically love the ingredients
Great quality, Used this to start making our own greek yogurt about a year ago & by keeping some of the yogurt out for the next batch as directed, this is still going strong! I still strain it to get it as thick as I like, but not an issue. Love being able to make it ... saves us money.
My first time making yogurt. Use the Instant pot, easy and no fuss. Incubated for 12 hours, strained overnight. Thick and creamy, tasted great. Carried over 70g for next batch.
Excellent quality culture! The ingredient profile is perfectly crafted for gluten-free baking without any cross-contamination. The packet size is exactly what you need to get a strong, active culture going. I use a small dosage to feed my starter daily, providing the incredible gut-friendly baking benefit. The resulting bread has a wonderful, authentic tangy sourdough taste.
My preferred brand for Greek Yogurt Starter - the one that I found to have better quality than another brand that I tried. This is my 2nd time purchasing this item as I like creating my own greek yogurt. It works well with my greek yogurt maker. Beneficial to our health (gut). 1 pack has 2 small-sized packets/starters and you can already make a lot of greek yogurts from these.
During the first attempt, I wasn't entirely sure what went wrong, but the second batch still didn't set as expected.
I was influenced to get it by comments I hvnt use it yet
