titanium dioxide in it! watch out!
The selection of ingredients in this supplement is very impressive and promising. Just started using it. The capsule is easy to swallow and looks like a fat soluble capsule. But stopped using them immediately when i discovered titanium dioxide in their composition! Why did they put it in it? Studies on mice have shown that it can affect the intestinal microflora, form biofilms that are associated with colorectal cancer. Titanium dioxide has been linked to other diseases as well! I don't recommend it!

More than I was looking for!
I initially bought this to help with stiffness in my thumb which it works well, takes the pain away better than anything the doctor has given me. The pleasant surprise is that it seems to help with my gluten sensitivity!! This was certainly more than I was looking for! The thumb was just an annoyance, gluten sensitivity becomes life altering at times.

These are good quality, I take them 2 weeks before my period because I tend to get cramps and bad inflammation. A bit expensive, but they are effective. Soft gels are a bit big, so i take them one at a time.

I would check the ingredients it does say, for example, it contains dairy and some other ingredients, which if your lactose intolerant or sensitive, i would be wary of. It never even occurred to me to check this for dairy. Sometimes i feel like it helps, and other times i feel like it doesn't really do anything, it also has a lot of ingredients and different things, so if you are already taking supplements, i would just make sure that you're not overdose by adding this. It is decent quality, and i do feel like it does help sometimes, but other times i really can't see it, and for the price that's not really justifiable for me. I have bought it twice, but the second time in the second bottle i haven't really been using.
