Source Naturals' Men's Life Force multi—contains over 50 ingredients, (53) including vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts, designed to support men's health and well-being. They certainly can’t be accused of skimping out. I’d rather take this instead of the Life Extension Mix™ (“95 ingredients”). In theory taking 3-per day—split-dose can potentially give you better, more even coverage over 24hrs—as a 3x 8hr split. I’ve mentioned before that I’d prefer DaVinci’s Spectra—Nature’s Way Completia® for a split dose—that’s just me! For relative convenience, this is hard to beat. Low to middling 5/5 for the expert formulation alone.

Great ingredients. The list may act as a pointer to what you need to do with your diet to include all that trace minerals rich foods. Might be not easy to swallow.
