The bottle size is quite small and the capsules have no taste to it. I take this as a supplement as it has an effect on increasing bone density and decreasing body fat. The dosage I'm taking is 1 capsule per day. It also triggers hormone production so for women it helps with estrogen levels (and testosterone). I am yet to see the effects as it has been less than 1 month since I started taking these so we'll see!
