I have been using this supplement for a year, it really helps me with my work and tasks. I don't feel foggy and calm. I drink less coffee in a day, from 4 cups to doppio espresso down to 1 cup. Enough to help me energized, my mind is clear and in better mood. You can notice the different after a month or so. glad that this doesn't contain ginkgo because not everyone can handle ginkgo extract, will keep ordering this. Expensive but worth every penny.

This product has some of the amazing elements that are helpful for brain health so my husband and I decided to try it. We are both on it and it seems to be helping us think clearer. My husband has some executive function deficiency and this product seems to be helping him be clearer and make better decisions. We have only been on it about a month so ask again in 6 moneyed and I will have a better idea.

Great product I feel so good when i take it my brain is sharp and memory sharp

One of the few supplements I actually would go back to. I haven't gotten it in a while, I have been in a better place mentally for a while now and don't really have the money to spend on extra things, but I would still go back to it later on because I'm sure it would help give me a boost mentally no matter how I'm doing. One thing to note, I don't think any single thing is a miracle when it comes to mental health, but I think adding this in can at least help with clarity of mind, at least for me anyway
