ok guys. this is totally worth it. great quality. good price for it's benefit. dosage is good . I take it along with coffee and I am sure it would be better if I didn't. however I need a bit more caffeine than it has in it. but the effects of the calming energy and focus of the l theanine is definitely felt

This makes life less hard. I don’t drink coffee and can’t do too much caffeine or I get jittery and feel the cortisol stress feels too easily, however this is the perfect amount of caffeine with some added theanine to get some pep in my step while keeping me calm and grounded. 10/10. I take it daily.

Standard size gelatin capsules. I take this on days when I need to get difficult tasks done and need an extra boost of energy. The caffeine helps to clear some of the cobwebs, while the L-Theanine helps to balance out some of the jitters. However, 100mg of caffeine is a little too much for me and I find that it can affect my sleep especially if I take it after lunch. However, the quality of the ingredients are good and it does provide the benefit claimed. Perhaps a higher dose of L-Theanine would be better.

I use this product instead of coffee in the morning to get me energized for yoga or workout sessions. Very smooth uplift nothing jittery or headache inducing later in the afternoon. I also can use this later in the day for a pick me up and can still fall asleep at bedtime with no problem.
