Taking this as I was on an antibiotic course . My gut is definitely better . I’ve tried taking it with antibiotic and it definitely helped me to avoid unpleasant antibiotic consequences. The ingredients are of good quality and this is a good probiotic supplement. Probiotics have many benefits for the digestive system and the microbiome of the gut. I don’t know if these help with weight management, but I guess you will have to take them for a while to find out.
Good quality and ingredients, could be a bigger size. My stomach digests this supplement, without having me nauseous. It also helps me manage my appetite, and weight. That package is good , but most importantly I love the benefits.
