There are many vitamins, minerals, enzymes and micro elements in a capsule. Please read the ingredients printed on bottle which I don’t mention here. As a keto supplement, I’ve been taking 2 capsules every morning for a month. I become energetic. Sleep better. It is not the only reason of taking it. As I also take other supplements too. Not sure! This product serves a major factor that I’m sure ! Highly recommend!!

Good quality. Normal taste. Normal size - not hard to swallow. The only thing that bothers me - you need to take 3 capsules a day.

I only tried it a few times, by the time that I had gotten I didn't care much for the keto diet and wasn't being strict enough. But I have no complaints.

I’m always honest about giving my reviews and about Keto I’d say it works if : you’re taking it with liver kidneys detox, not eating after 6pm (no cheating), drink at least about 2 litres of water per day. For the first month I’ve lost 4 kg. And I was not exercising much just walking but every day . I hardly loose any weight because of my hormonal dis balance but with Keto I did. So I’ll continue to use them.

I have taken this daily multivitamin from NaturesPlus for well over a year. It provides vitamins and minerals that a keto diet doesn't have in abundance. It also has a good probiotic blend. Most importantly for me, it uses highly bioavailable forms of nutrients rather than synthetics (e.g. B12 form is methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, B6 is P5P, folate instead of folic acid, etc). The quality of product and packaging is great. You get a lot in this multi, so it does require three pills daily but I trust this brand and this product and that is important for something I'm going to ingest daily.
