This is my first time trying these melatonin dosage, although it’s completely effective and made me fall asleep so much faster and longer, but to be honest, I also noticed that I struggle getting out of bed, not like other dosage of melatonin so I like to use this only on weekends cause otherwise I’m not gonna go to work lol

It taste nice, a little sweet for me but I have grown to like it. I have bought 2 to 3x of this product. It is effective in calming and making you sleepy, maybe give or take 30 to 45 mins before it takes effect. Dosage wise, it is just nice for me 5mg but if I need to take more I get 2x max. Per indication on the container, it is not evaluated by FDA. It is up to buyer to try. Gummy quality is okay, not sticky and with quality seal.
