These drink mix packets mix easily with water and give a nice boost after workouts. The flavor is true to fruit taste unlike some other brands that taste artificial. I recommend this brand highly to friends and they like it.

These pleasant tasting packets of energy are a great way to start my day. One little pre-measured electrolyte and mineral powder in a glass of water hydrates and restores for a life on the go. With antioxidants and immune boosters, these are really a great value. Less expensive than other brands. Would like to see a variety pack with more flavors- will definitely order again.

This really helped me stay hydrated while I was pregnant. I'd like the taste and I still do. I also felt like it dissolved really well and wall water. I think that's a nice product overall. Seems like they've updated the packaging.

Pros: I like how they feel. I've been using one flavor or another of these packets for about 2 years. I don't take them everyday, maybe 4 times a week. The large majority of the ingredients are good. ...has a really great blend of nutrients that the body really appreciates. The minerals are better than popular brands out there in the diversity. Cons: They don't need the coloring and I don't like citric acid (too much mold). Cranberry flavor is okay not great, it's mild though not intrusive. But the packaging is annoying. It doesn't rip open easily, they need to improve that. I can't carry scissors around with me.
