Melatonin is suposed to be used daily at the same time. I do not use this regularly, and my intention is not for good sleep, but as a potent antioxidant. I did not notice any change in my sleep, sometimes I even wake up in the middle of the night no matter if I took melatonin. Like it has no effect on my sleep pattern, but I do have noticed that I have more vivid dreams.
