It's a good product but I have to stop for a while because the green tea extract was not helping with my iron levels. But I'll start again , I believe it's helping me with my energy all through the day.
Its always hard to say what is working , but I think i have more energy , more get go ... easy to swallow , and quality ingredients .. overall I would buy this again .
My natural Dr suggested this. I do feel it gives me some energy. I couldn’t imagine what it was like before when I was not taking this.
I don’t always review in superlatives, but this is a great supplement. My nutritionist suggested I buy it to give me more energy, and it really helps give me an edge, but without being edgy.. I’m taking aone a day - and I’m really delighted with it.
