This is a great product, really helps with regularity and doing a colon cleanse. It is gentle and non-stimulating so there is uncomfortable cramping. I feel that it has really helped to clean things out. I use several supplements from this company and I feel it is a good quality and they don't use any harmful fillers.

Bowel movement is guaranteed but I cannot say it has a mild effect. My reaction was severe and every morning I had horrible diarrhea. So I had to stop. Really be cautious about it! I didn’t know that senna extract has a really strong laxative effect. It’s ideal if you haven’t p**ped for days, but for the regular use can be too much. If you need extra fiber, buy pure psyllium.
I found it best to take half of the recommended dose and follow the instructions!
