I like the Himalaya brand, and some of the their products have genuinely changed my life.
But this is not one of them. I don't feel any change at all.
Since I don't have a lab for testing, I can't evaluate the ingredient quality. Since not even the quantities are shared, I cannot even comment on the dosage or composition. It's all a black box of herbal extracts, like most of their products.
