The taste is neutral like gelatin dissolved in water but it is not pleasant to take.
No matter how much I stir it, it can't dissolve completely. After 20 days of use I do not notice any change in appetite or weight loss. I take one sachet a day before lunch. It's not convenient for me to use, maybe next time I'll choose the pills
