High dose EPA and DHA
Took it for the high dose of EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio. I specifically am looking into this dosage as per mental health/ MDD purposes. If you'd like a lower dose of DHA - you could just take half and add a stand alone EPA - to make the ratio 3:1 if you like. Overall, a great quality oil. Ok taste, I just gulp it down. (Carlson lemon tasted better to me). FYI: this "pro omega D Xtra" and "Ultimate Omega Xtra" are exactly the same.
