YOU NEED THIS!! If you don't get enough fiber in through your diet, I highly highly recommend this. If you struggle with food noise, constipation, or lack of energy, I highly recommend this. My bowel movements have never been smoother and easy, and food noise is goonneee. Dieting is so much easier. I don't LOVE the taste but it's not terrible. To help keep it down, I don't fill a glass with it, I just take it as a shot before it thickens

The OG for a reason. Fiber and hydration mean the most for a diet. This is easy to take and lasts so long. Even take this when I travel.

I have used this on occasion over the years to help with constipation. It has always worked for me. Also, helps with diarrhea. I have tried other products that are made with Psyllium Husk, but they didn’t help me at all. Worth spending the money for something that works when you need it.
