I've tried every single liquid melatonin available and this one somehow works differently than the others. I guess it attaches to fat cells but somehow it feels more calm and less racing in my head if that makes sense and it's not flavored and sweet like so many of them
I actually got this to use as skincare as a beautician who has amazing skin said it's one of the things that restores elasticity, together with copper and CBD oil. I just noticed I find it challenging to use it in my face care with other products already using. So I'll use it as a supplement when I'm through my melatonin tablets ;). Seems good quality and liposomal is always a great choice when it comes to absorb ability and effectiveness.
This Liposomal melatonin is vegan and gluten free .It contains vitamin B6 for calming emotion.These two ingredients are contains in a unique liposomal liquid form providing an optimal absorption causing it has quick effect.However I find it difficult to counts the recommended dose of 15 drops.It will be much better if there is a mark on the dropper showing where is 1ml .
I love how, bc this is liposomal, it is both habit forming and only a low dose is needed, yet it helps me sleep more deeply than any other melatonin I've tried--liposomal or not. As I approach perimenopause and my sleep is not what it used to be, this is the only thing that helps me sleep deeply , leaving me feeling refreshed in the morning, even if I don't sleep long. Buy this now! You won't regret it. Just please leave a bottle for me :)
I have absolutely no complaints about this purchase. It arrived quickly, was exactly as described on the site, and works well for my needs. It is a simple, effective product that I will likely keep using.
I took it and it was decent, dont recall it being really effective enough to continue, gave up on melatonin in favour of magnesium that I personally found more effective and get more overall benefits out of.
I have switched to lipodomal melatonin. I only use half the amount .75 mg and out in 29 mins. No grogginess the next day.

I never did figure out how much half a dropper was but that's how much i take and my sleep is so much better since starting this supplement. Taste is awful but I'll trade that for good sleep and great price gladly. Buying my second bottle now.
