I have been using Transitions for over a year and I love this product. The only thing that tells me I’m going through menopause is the occasional hot flash I get 2-3 times a day and they only last about 1 min if that. My mood is great and no weight gain that’s out of the ordinary. I would definitely recommend this to everyone women before they start going through menopause.
For me, after 3 weeks of use, it seems to reduce my hot flashes and even the frequency of my night sweats. They aren't gone but they last for a shorter time with less sweat. So slightly better nights sleep! Now hoping this effect will last and maybe gets even better over time. The pill size is a bit large, I take one in the morning and one in the evening. High quality ingredients. UPDATE;after finishing the first bottle I started a new bottle, unfortunately at the moment my night sweats are worse and I hardly sleep. I will finish the bottle, maybe my body got used to it.

I love this brand, and there are no nasty fillers, but it didn't do much for my incessant hot flashes (51, perimenopausal). In the end I had to go on HRT to feel better, but I definitely recommend trying this supplement if you are just starting out on your peri journey.

Pure essence makes very good products, but price tends to be high for size. Benefits are worth it. I use for a few months, then restart if symptoms return. It's very much worth the cost.
benefit: I did not see great results on mood improvement, or improving metabolism but this is my first bottle, dosage: at the beginning I used to take 2 tabs daily at night but I was feeling sleepy and tired all day so I reduced the dose to one tablet, much better still need to see the results
