There are 2 types of Neocell collagen. Types 1 and 3 to support skin, muscles, bones, hair and nails health. Type 2 mainly supports joint and cartilage health (great for osteoarthritis). I've use this product every other day because I also take the collagen powder type 1 & 3, and you should not take both together because one will cancelled out the other according to my research. So far, so good. This product specifically target the joints. It helps eliminate the aches and pains in your joints as you age or for any other reasons. I haven't been on them long enough to see maximum results, but thus far, I do feel some relief kicking in. I'm going to continue to use it.
