This product has helped me deal with menopause symptoms such as less hot flashes which were very frequent and intense. I take one vegcap with breakfast and another one at dinner. I use this to help with bee sting allergies, I was very allergic to bees, this is virtually solved my problem, and I take some form of propolis and be jelly all summer long so I don’t have a flareup when I get stung. This is one of the better brands I like to take, because it’s so clean and it’s a combination of several and not just one of the Bee products. Therefore, I feel this one really works better. I am a repeat buyer. Been using for the last couple years!
