I'm taking to this to strengthen immunity. It is easy to digest, high potency, no acid stomach. Took it at first to recover from something that acted a lot a like a long-lasting covid. I took two doses a day for a week but kicked whatever-it-was in a few days after I began taking it. I take it a few times a week now. The taste is weird but I prefer downing a tbsp. quickly rather than messing with mixing it into something.

I’m sure it’s helpful, there’s a decent amount of vitamin C in it, but the taste is absolutely unpalatable. There’s just no way this will go down.
