A good source of Vitamin C with a 500mg dose, half what I usual take for days when you will be having Citrus fruits and other Vitamin C natural foods. Easy on the stomach, no issue with swallowing where pill size is reasonable. Packaging is decent. This brand is of good quality.
This product is much better than your regular Vitamin C due to added ALA and Bioflavonoids, I am concurrently taking this together with Glutathione and Cysteine+C (by Life Extension) and grape seed extract for maximum benefit. Overall I can feel the differences and this combination somehow improves my immunity. It simply works better!
This isn’t your regular vitamin C as it has 100 mg Bioflavonoid ingredient for easy and faster absorption of Vitamin C antioxidant effect into your stomach.
