I ordered this for my mom whos already 78yrs old. She's having issues with her eyesight that comes with aging, she was diagnosed with Dry macular degeneration.
I am 53yo, eyes are dry and itchy, try different eyedrops, but results not lasting and no improvements, so tried taking supplements. this one not working well for me, only mild effects, might change to omega 7 after this one.

These supps may improve eyesight by taking them regularly. Quite pricey but its worthy if one working a lot on screen. Carlson's my fav.
