this brand is popular for good reason. it tastes good, has decent ingredients, and the macros are on point. i’ve seen other protein powder with more protein, but the calories tend to be higher. you get a lot in a package. i also like that it’s whey isolate, which makes it easier to digest.

Taste very sweet really good for pré workouts benefited my diet alot quality is good too but the size can be little compared to the package it's ingredients with whey are simple but enough for a beginner training to be fit will be great if paired up with supplements
