I've only been taking these for a little over a month, but they have already made a positive improvement to the knee pain I have from an old injury. Packaging is easy to open. The capsules are somewhat large, but easy to swallow and have no taste. A high-quality product, would purchase again.
High quality active ingredient, at my age I am starting to notice joint pain, swelling, redness, and discomfort. I have been taking these for 8 months and in that time, I have forgotten that I ever even had joint pain. I do notice if I have run out and have gone 3 days without, the swelling and stiffness return. Will be staying on this it’s wonderful!

I’ve been using NOW Foods BioCell Collagen® Hydrolyzed Type II and it feels like a solid, reliable supplement. The ingredients quality is clearly high, and compared to the compitison, it stands out because it combines collagen with hyaluronic acid and chondroitin for better joint and skin support. The main benefit I noticed is less joint stiffness and better skin hydration over time, without affecting my energy levels. The capsules are easy to take with no noticeable taste, which makes daily use simple and consistent.
I am 71 years old and my orthopaedic md said that collagen is beneficial for my knees. He also said that the effect will notbe experienced in so shrt a time, it would take years of using it. I have just started so I don't know yet.
I was constantly taking collagen in tablets. Well, I didn't like their news; it was inconvenient and tasteless. And generally unpleasant. But in capsules, it's very good. I recommend it.

This is still a new product for me however I do trust the company. All reviews are positive and it is an easy to swallow caps, due to its size.
