Thorne is a brand that offers excellent quality, well formulated ingredients. It is expensive, but I believe it is worth it. When you open the bottle, you can smell a not-so-pleasant smell, but the capsules do not leave any residue. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

The only thing I don't love is the amount of biotin. Otherwise, Thorne is known for their high quality supplements and I have repurchased this one multiple times.

After taking it for close to two weeks now, I do not feel too much of a difference, tho it’s ingredients are mentioned to have better potency and higher quality than most regular daily vitamins. The bottle is packed in a small bottle, tho it holds a stinging smell that can be quite pungent to some. Have yet to see any distinct effects on myself so far
