Sleep, MetaRest®, 60 Capsules

I should probably give this a higher review but my difficulty sleeping weighs in here. I sleep sound after taking this product but unfortunately I wake up a bit too early. This could be my problem and not the product's. It's certainly worth trying, it's much better than I would have thought.

I'm a bad sleeper, but I trust that this dietary supplement will help. The 3mg dosage is the most optimal. I've been taking it recently, I haven't experienced any effects yet. I will report on my experience later.

Good sleep formula on good value. I just wish it came in a bit bigger bottle size, as you can go through 60 capsules quite quickly.

I got this basically because it was on sale and wanted to try Kava instead of Valerian as the quicker drowsy component to Melatonin. I use it sparingly, but it works well for me.

Good size and value. I felt the benefit initially. I need a different dosage of the listed ingredients. It only helps me fall asleep fast but not stay asleep. It has a slight herbal taste but is manageable. Quality is good, maybe just not for me.

This supplement is good to promote good sleep and rest. If I'm not mistaken one of the ingredient is Kavakava. The capsule size is just nice, and there is no unpleasant after taste after swallowing.
