Enzyme Power™, 90 Capsules

I recently revamped my diet, switching from someone who could forget to eat all day to making it a point to eat mostly protein and fat and minimal carbs and sugar. I figured my digestion would need a boost, but I tried these for only maybe 2 weeks and realized they were amping up my digestion a little too much! I started with one with every meal, then went to just the largest, and eventually stopped all together because I was using the bathroom too soon after eating. I should also mention that I purchased this particular enzyme blend because it includes Serrapeptase and Nattokinase, and would have been perfect if it also included Lumbrokinase. I was hoping to continue using these for those ingredients, so I may try again.

I did a bunch of research on enzymes and this has a great ratio. I have purchased several times bc iherb has the best price.

If Im to take the ingredients list as true then this is probably the most powerful enzyme supplement on iherb. Ive never seen 20 thousand FU nattokinase in one capsule plus all the other enzymes.

I needed high doses of Nattokinase together with Serrapeptase rather than buying them separately so this is quite expensive but definitely worth it!
