Good quality product and ingredients. METHYLATED is the correct form of B vitamins and folate to take. Taste is too sweet so I prefer swallowing it. One every other day is enough for me.
I don't need quite the amounts that this provides but I thought I would cut them in 4. They are very small so a quarter of a tab is tiny but it does the trick. Will last a while. All forms are methylated so I know my body will be able to use them.
We use this product to avoid heart angina issues, advised by a G.P. The issues disappeared within a two-week period. It meant that surgery was avoided which is amazing.
