Definitely feel the benefit when using these. No off putting taste or large pills to swallow is a plus. I normally use Superior Source's B complex but my B12 was lower than doctor likes it to be so it was recommended to do a higher dose sublingual instead. The quality is excellent and consistent with each tab.
