I used to use the Deva Vegan B-12 to help my nervous system but for unknow reasons this is no longer available. I decided to try the Superior Source B-12 extra strength and so glad I did. The packaging is even smaller than that of Deva and the taste is quite pleasant. I get all the extra B12, B6 and Folic Acid I require at this time. I think I did well with this find

Good combination of B vitamins (6,9 and 12) I prescribe it to my mother in law (80 y)and before that to my father in law (84 y) and showed excellent results. Such supplements most of elderly people needs them.
